In Rettenbach, not far from the climatic health resort St. Englmar, in the middle of the Bavarian Forest, the Hotel Gut Schmelmerhof has been operated since its opening in 1967. The building itself has been owned by the Schmelmer family for 10 generations.
In addition to wellness and relaxation, the house offers regional and international cuisine and excellent wines in the evocative atmosphere of the Bohemian vault.
In order to reflect the cosy ambience also through the seating furniture, the vaulted restaurant was furnished with the fully upholstered "Louise" chairs from ABC Worldwide at the beginning of 2016.
